Biography
Dr. Anshul Baral is a dedicated researcher specializing in Physical Chemistry and Materials Science. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, he is actively involved in the Magnetocuring project, leading the synthesis of high-performance ferrite particles with enhanced specific absorption rate (SAR). Dr. Baral completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Melbourne, focusing on the innovative development of nanomaterials using advanced sono-assembly techniques. He holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology from IIT Kharagpur, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. This multidisciplinary background has enabled him to excel in materials science, polymer chemistry, and biochemistry. With a strong focus on collaboration, Dr. Baral has worked closely with industry partners to advance material science, particularly in energy systems and environmental solutions. Among his accolades are the prestigious Melbourne Research Scholarship, DAAD Fellowship, Modi Rubber Prize, and the Institute Silver Medal from IIT Kharagpur.

Synthesis and characterization of magnetic materials, peptide biofunctional nanoparticles, ultrasound-driven metallic nanostructures.
